What we keep, and why

Chillingwood is run by Paul Hobson in Cornwall. This page covers this website and the enquiry form on it.

When you send an enquiry

We collect what you type in: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, what kind of business you run, what you need help with, whether you have a website, your timing, and anything else you choose to tell us.

We use it for one thing: to reply to you and talk about the work. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Enquiries are stored on a private server we run, in the system we use to keep track of enquiries and jobs. Only we can see them.

How long we keep it

While we're talking, and for up to 12 months after the last time we were in touch if nothing comes of it. Then it's deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Reply to any email we've sent you, or send another enquiry saying so, and we'll do it.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics or tracking of any kind.
